FGCC Hobson
Welcome to the Fort Garry Community Centre’s Hobson location at 880 Oakenwald Avenue!
The site features 2 outdoor rinks, a playground, skate park, soccer fields, and 3 baseball diamonds that are available all year round.
The site facilities are available to be rented out for private events, recreational classes, meetings, clubs, fitness classes, and more. The hall capacity is 120, with a seated capacity of 90. You can decorate the rental space, or for a little extra we can take care of it for you! We just require that you clean up all the debris after the event. All rentals include use of club provided tables and chairs and access to the site kitchen for staging purposes.

Rental Fees

Regular Event Rate: $50/hour + GST
Minimum 3 hour booking
Kitchen access included
$100 damage deposit submitted on day of booking
Events serving alcohol: $75/hour +GST
Minimum 3 hour booking
Kitchen Access included
Renter must acquire Social Use permit from LGCA
$200 damage deposit submitted on day of booking
Event Set up: $25
Must provide diagram for table set up prior to event
Audio/Visual: $20/hour + GST (maximum $80)
Projector, wireless microphone, & Speaker
$100 damage deposit submitted on day of booking
