Fort Garry Community Centre is proud to once again host our Winter Carnival for the Fort Garry neighbourhood! Building off the success of last years event where we saw overwhelming support and attendance by the community! With returning favourite activities such as the Winnipeg Trails Association Ski Library, petting zoo, and other wonderful activities to be announced soon!
A full schedule of events will be listed below as activities and vendors are announced!
We hope to see everyone out again On January 31st from 2:00pm-5:00pm for a variety of family activities followed by our evening adult Shinny Tournament from 5:00pm-10:00pm.

Volunteers needed!
The Fort Garry C.C. Winter Carnival can only happen with help from our wonderful community! The FGCC Board is asking anyone willing and able to help us throw another successful event to please sign up for a volunteer shift by clicking the link below:
2026 Winter Carnival Volunteer Sign-Up
Shifts are 2 hours in length and volunteers will be assigned a task on the day of the carnival by FGCC Staff or Board Members.

Last year’s Winter Carnival faced its challenges with some unexpected cold weather but the community came out strong once again! Attracting attendees ranging from children to adults. It was an incredible day of cross-country skiing, a magic show, games, music, and an adult shinny tournament! We are creating an exciting lineup of events this year with the hopes to grow the FGCC Winter Carnival, making it a signature event for our amazing neighbourhood.
